Model ZS Series Vibrating Sieve

Applications:

ZS sieve series is applicable for flow operation, and is an idea device for the continuous sieving and discharging of granules with different sizes.

Descriptions:

1.The machine is composed by hopper, oscillating chamber, clutch and electric motor etc., and the oscillating chamber consists of eccentric wheel, rubber piece, main shaft and bearings etc. 2.The adjustable eccentric weight drop is driven to the axis of the main shaft by motor, and generates centrifugal force as it's imbalance. The strength of materials will change to form orbital whirls in the sieve. The amplitude of the weight regulator can be adjusted according to the properties of various materials and sieves.
3.The machine features compact structure, small size, no dust, low noise, high quality, low power consumption, and convenient moving and maintenance.
