SZG Series Double Cone Rotating vacuum/drier/vacuum drying machine/vacuum drying equipment

Description

It is a new style drier that integrates mixing and drying in its one body .And it equips with condensor and drier to consist of vacuum drying apparatus (If the solvent does not recover, the condensor may be not used). The drier is advanced in design, simple in inner structure, easy for clean, to discharge all raw material, convenient in operation, lowing the strength of labor and improving work environment. Meanwhile raw material is rotating accompanying with the rotating of container, the wall of container can not accumulate raw material. Therefore its coefficient of thermal transmission is high and its drying speed is quick. It can not only save energy source but also make raw material dry uniformly and have good quality. It can wide apply to dry raw materials of pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry, foodstuff industry, dyestuff industry and so on. 

Applications

The drier is suitable for drying and mixing powder or granule raw material of pharmaceutical industry, foodstuff industry and chemical industry and so on. Especially it is suitable for the following raw materials that have special requirements:

1.Raw materials that are easy to oxidize or have dangerous;
2.Raw materials in which the solvent needs to recover and there is toxic gases;

3.Raw material that have the requirement of containing rather low content of residue volatized materials;
4.Raw materials that have the requirement of crystal shape.

Features

1.When oil is used to heat, use automatic constant temperature control. It can be used for drying biology products and mine. Its temperature of operation can be adjusted from 20~160°C and within ±2°C.

2.Compared with ordinal drier, its heat efficiency will be over 2 times;

3.The heat is indirect. So the raw material can not be polluted. It is easy in washing

andmaintenance

The revelution of motor can be adjustable (3-13r/min)on request.

Notice In Order:
1. Its heating has three ways i.e. steam, hot water, heat conduction oil.
2. When order, please indicate the temperature of raw material to be undertaken or the operation temperature of drier in order to choose or provide suitable heat source for you.
3. When dry viscous raw material, our factory will design special stirring and installed by our factory. Please indicate them when order.
4. The auxiliary parts of vacuum drying stem can be supplied and installed by our factory. Please indicate them when order.
5. If having special requirements, our factory can also design, manufacture and install as request.
6. The cost of complete equipment should be increased in accordance with the needs.
